Loose Weight: Diet or Exercise

There has been a misconception on how to loose weight, keep healthy and sexy, prevent cancer.  Conclusion from the majority that exercise is the best way to reduce weight but in fact its otherwise.  After doing enough exercise, you eat much, adding much volume of calories.

According to some experts, its easier to reduce calories through proper diet rather than burning the calories gained from food in-take.


LOOSE WEIGHT

Both exercise and diet will help to reduce weight.  But to some expert, its much better to focus on diet rather than doing much time doing exercise.

ENERGY BOOST

Obviously, in order to boost your energy, constant exercise is a must.  It helps your brain much active and alert.

REDUCE HEART DISEASE RISK

Proper diet.  To lower the possibility of heart disease is to be more concious on food you eat.
